Kevin Burg and Jamie Beck invented the cinemagraph 2011 and since then have traveled the world creating work that has been seen by millions of people. As pioneers of the medium they shaped and defined what a cinemagraph is, sparking new trends in digital imagery.
A cinemagraph is a living moment in an otherwise still photograph. It exists in the world in between a photograph and video to bring to life the image and make it last forever.
Jamie and Kevin live and work in New York City creating photography, video and cinemagraphs for fashion and commercial campaigns as well as publishing work on their own site, Ann Street Studio.
